Classes and YogaMassage
This session starts with pranayama breathing exercise and move into a flow with asanas (yoga postures) focusing on alignment and ending with Savasana (relaxation) and Surya Candra (Sun/Moon) breath.
Take the yoga practice in the water. Flowing in the water will challenge the balance of the Yoga posture and will release the tension that we may experience on the mat. This is a fun, creative class using floating noodles for support.
Geraldine guides students through a series of postures that will help them synchronize their movements with their breath. These exercises bring focus and awareness to the students, allowing them to become more calm, kind, and balanced. Contact Us to learn more about bringing TriYoga into your school.
