Inspired by the needs of all ages of people, from children to seniors, Géraldine founded MaisonBalance where she teaches TriYoga, Tai Chi, and Healing Qigong classes. She also offers Reiki. The class locations vary from her humble home studio, to her swimming pool, to the beautiful Arizona desert. Géraldine teaches a broad range of healing and invigorating asanas (yoga poses) that she can adapt to each student’s individual needs.

Characterized by fluid and graceful movements, TriYoga allows the release of the spine while rhythmic breathing and points of focus prove to be transformative and meditative. TriYoga was founded by internationally renowned yogini, Kali Ray. TriYoga brings together postures (asana), breath (pranayama), and focus (mudra) in a sequenced flow that results in increased energy and clarity. Tai Chi is an excellent movement style as we age to prevent falls and arthritis through gentle, controlled movements.

Healing Qigong involves movement and breath, in combination with healing sounds.

Finally, Reiki is a natural way to find balance and harmony in mind, body and spirit.
